We deliver to UK mainland only. Order will be only dispatched to cardholders address only and signature will be required on delivery. We will aim to despatch the order on the same day provided the order is received before 2 p.m. Any order placed after the cut out will be dispatched on following working day. orders dispatched by courier service can take up to 2-3 days from the date of the order been dispatched. On certain occasions such as, if you are out of normal delivery range, or if items ordered are not in stock, or an unusual delay acc ours we will contact you by email with out delay. Any balance goods on back order due to lack of stock will be delivered free of charge, as soon as stock is available and email information will be sent out on status of the order.

The Small orders up to the value of £10.00 will be charged the delivery of £2.50 including VAT.  All the orders under £25.00 in value will be charged at £3.85 exc of vat- standard delivery 2-4 days. orders from £25 to £ 50.00 in valve will be charged at £5.00 exc vat All orders over the valve of £50.00 will be delivered free of charge. P. S special Delivery-next day -express delivery can be arranged with extra cost.

 Returns At Byrite Electricals, we would like to give our customers 100% satisfaction, and may have to return items. As our policy, we can only accept returns for the goods within 7 days of you receiving the product. You are also responsible for sending the goods in the original packing and in acceptable condition. And you will be responsible for the cost of delivery and insurance on the goods returned. In unlikely event of damage on goods, we will replace it, provided you notify us within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Please be aware, not to send any goods as returns, before informing us about the returns and returns no. we will not accept the returns. If you have decided to cancel your order or wish to return the goods to Byrite Electricals, under the Distance Selling Regulation, we are obliged to action a refund with 30 days of written request being received. However we will try to refund soon. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days).
